Oh who knows? My nurse called today and told me that all 6 that fertilized were still doing really well. She said that they were at proper development...no grading and no numbers and I couldn't get that much into it in front of my entire class! So, she said that as of today, I was scheduled for a transfer tomorrow at 9:15 AM, but they won't know for sure until 7:30 AM and I have to be there at 8:45 AM and it's 60 minutes away in no traffic - now we're into rush hour. The problem is that I have to be at work by 7:15, so I took the day off (tentatively) and they're going to call me in the morning. If I'm transferring, I'm off...if I'm not, then I'll go in late. Why can't teachers have normal jobs where if you miss a day, it hardly effects anyone???
So, the good news is that all 6 embryos are still fertilized and are growing "properly".
More good news is that I might transfer tomorrow, but I might go on Thursday - either way, they're going inside me.
The bad news - I had to write sub plans.
More good news - I got to miss the faculty meeting this afternoon b/c I had to write sub plans.
That's all I have for now. Hopefully they'll be doing so well tomorrow that they'll make me wait until day 5 for the tranfer and then I'll get it all done on Thursday. That will mean sub plans for no reason, but given all of the sacrifices that I've made already, I think I can get over that! Fingers crossed!
