Then I tried to get her to suck the water out and took this picture. No luck...she didn't really know what to do and wanted to use it as a teething toy.
Then I took the rubber part out that makes it a "no-spill" cup and took this one...gee, I think this was a little easier for her!
I think she liked it...it startled her a little bit at first, but she kept going back for more. I won't let them have these all the time b/c they really can't have that much water yet, but it's just sooo cute! Notice the one really big water drop on her chin...

Wow that is awesome! Our sippies were toys for the first six months. The kids wouldn't actually use them til 14 months (I know, I know!) And they were (and omg still ARE!) particular about which cups they'll use. First is was the First Sipsters with handles and soft spouts, now it is the stage 3 sipsters with normal spouts and stupid designs on them. I bought them cute clear-ish Playtex stage 3 ones. They let me know real quick that they aren't the same as their usual ones. BLAH! Toddlers....
PS- Did you go to Lockhaven?
She looks like such a big girl! Yay for sippy cups!
My brother-in-law is currently at Lock Haven...loves it. He gave these to the kids for Christmas!
