Seriously...my kids were looking haggard! Their little blond heads resembled cotton candy after every single nap due to the fact that they felt the need to ground their skulls into their pillows with zeal!
They sleep like nutjobs...and I wonder why I'm apprehensive about putting them in their big beds.
Anyway, I had enough.
Hair Cut.tery hadn't done well by me last time (remember, Hailey turned out like the dude from Dumb and Dumber?), so I decided to bring them to my salon. That's right...I'm that chick that brought my 2-year olds to a fancy salon.

Wait till Hailey's hair gets longer. Detangler and water spray bottles are my lifesavers to get through the girls' hairs after naps and bedtime.

I take my kids to my hairdresser too. They love it there. All the gals are wives of race car drivers so the salon has a girly car look to it! (does that make sense? Jacob thinks its very cool that Ashley's man drives a race car - and so does one of the girls there!)
oh and holy cow woman - I can barely keep up with daily blog posts but sheesh - how many are you spitting out in a day? I have like 15 in my reader and its only been like 3 days since I got caught up! Expect a slew of comments tomorrow night! ha!
I am still trying to work out how to get to the hairdresser with my two. In the meantime, I hacked Dew Drop's fringe and he looks like a 1980's heartthrob. The joys...

Sooo cute! Gab got her haircut this past week, too. Must be that time. So neither one pitched a fit at getting their haircut? I am impressed!
Have you still not moved them to big beds? I haven't moved mine....totally dreading it. They're jumpers, but they're not climbing out yet....I'm going to hold out for a little longer!

I have never taken the kids to my salon, only kid places or cheap. I have thought about it, but oh the cost of it.
