Friday Night Leftovers

  • I have a date tonight...shhh...don't tell Husband ;)
  • The leaf guys came today and vacuumed all our leaves up.  Our lawn looks so naked and cold now...clean, but naked a cold.  It's like the leaves were a little blanket for our postage stamp of a lawn.  It's bittersweet and completely boring...sorry about this bullet.  Kill me and my nonpersonality now...
  • I have more smiling Amazo.n boxes in my house than I know what to do with.  It's like they're smirking b/c they know I have to wrap all this shit.
  • I can't stop getting stuff for the Crazies this Christmas and neither can Husband apparently.  I am sooooo not looking forward to getting the bills, but it's going to be a great Christmas.
  • Breakfast with Santa tomorrow...can't freaking wait!  I'm pretty sure they're going to lose their damn minds!
  • Can I just say that Private Practice is so good right now???  I love it!
  • I need a spa day in the worst way...maybe just a spa afternoon...that must include a facial and massage.
  • I need to wear heels again...it's a basic innate need.  Oh, that and underwire.  I need both of those things back right now.  It's like I'm missing a limb...or two.  I'm half a woman...
  • Major Christmas present for the Crazies:  dollhouse, rooms for dollhouse, train tracks, train table, trains, tricycles, helmets...seriously...we went a little nuts.  When I say "we," I mean Husband...he's cracking me up.
  • G.G. did an advent bag...it's freaking awesome.  I must keep this tradition up...for serious.
  • Does anyone watch Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?  These ladies are messed up!
That's all for this week...pretty boring b/c life is pretty awesome right now.  Link up with Danifred if you're so inclined...if not, have a great weekend.

You NEED heels? I have a hard time walking in them w/o breaking my neck.

OMG you did go overboard! I hope they don't remember this for next year or you'll be in the poor house for sure! I'm dreading the sudden increase of kid crap in our house. I'm sure their room will look like an avalanche of toys and my family room will be lost...

Aren't you twitching a bit with the though of being overwhelmed by toys or is that just me?

Oh how I missed my heels. I had to stop wearing them during my 1st tri d/t sciatica, and was never able to go back until 3 month post partum. But boy oh boy did it feel good to be 3inches taller again!

And as far as overboard...yup did it. I am the one that did not buy my child ANYTHING last xmas and only 2 gifts for her 1st b-day....welp....my attick is kinda full of crap for her now. I am going to do my best to give her only a few items for xmas eve, and a few more xmas, and well maye a few more the day after :) and save the rest for her 2nd b-day in Feb!

I went a little overboard too - I always do but that is fun of it all. I can not wait until Christmas morning. Boo, on the future wrapping to do.
Love Greys & Private Practice. I missed this week but planning on watching via hulu today.

In the past we've done really well with the gift giving, this year, we've gone way over the top. And, I still can't stop. I think that's the fun of it though. (at least that's how I'm justifying it)
Hope your date night was awesome!

Oh my word, I'm twitching at the thought of all the toys :) A bit like Mandy.

How was your date???

Hey, you can have my heels - I am DONE! HOwever, I do insist on underwire, I need all the help I can get :)

Hope you had a great date night!

I understand the heels thing. I miss them. They make me feel more womanly and sexy. But then my feet hurt, and I remember why I don't wear them regularly :)

Yay for date night!

Hubby is going overboard this year, since he missed it last year. At this age they are are really showing an interest in stuff, so it's hard not to get them what they like.

I've been trying to restrain from buying too much for Christmas. I always buy too much. It doesn't help that the twinkies' bday is 1 month before and Adam's is just weeks after...by the time January is over, it looks like Toys R Us threw up in our house. I SeRIOUSLY need to weed out some toys before Santa comes!!!!

Our big gifts include a doll house for Sarah, a Train Station and more tracks for Jacob, a big Truck and more trains for Adam then TONS of Legos for all 3 (they all love them).

Private Practice. Only watched sometimes until the attack...can't stop watching now. Was mad that it wasn't on tonight!! I need to know what happens next!!!

Advent bag?? DO tell!

Ok...its not like I haven't left 10 comments on your blog tonight, but I think I've written a post in each comment! See why I needed to devote time here! ha!

OK...is this getting awkward? I feel like I'm stalking you now...
