1. if you won the title of miss america, what would your platform be? Teen pregnancy...these girls have got to get it together. Anything about education...this system has got to be fixed, but change will have to be accepted and embraced and it rarely is.
2. outdoorsy or indoorsy? Definitely indoorsy, but I will get my hands dirty every now and then for a good cause...like pretty flowers or yummy veggies. I hate bugs though.
3. pajama's out in public..classy or tres tacky? Tacky...WTF would think they were classy??? Even worse than pajamas? Slippers...
4. what's your favorite room in your house? My bathroom...I love that whole room. Too bad I have to share it with the Crazies.
5. nook, kindle, or book? Kindle - definitely.
6. would you rather wear the same outfit for a week or not brush your teeth for a week? Outfit, but I want to run around naked for a couple of hours while I wash it...that's allowed, right? If not, the teeth, but I want clearance for mouthwash.
7. what's your favorite blog at the moment? I seriously have no idea...I get on different kicks...mommynanibooboo has been entertaining me lately!
8. lately i've been daydreaming about.........? Vacation...I gotta get outta this place!!!! Oh, and getting a new house, but we're still conflicted about that...we may just stay...who knows?

This is the first time I read about Getting To Know You. What a fun way to get people involved, even more fun than comments :) I like your response to the pj's in public totally agree! I'll have to jump over to Keely a little later to respond. Excited to see what others respond.
I love my bathroom, too! I just wish I had an electrical outlet on the outside wall. I have a wicker lounge chair in there (because it fit the decor), and now that the girlies are here, I would like to actually be able to lounge in it and read a book...but I need a lamp. Oh, well, it's on the list of things to do...one day...
Teen Pregnancy is a good one, I hear the national rate is actually going down...maybe MTV is actually helping LOL
omg. bathroom? we're getting ours redone next month. our previous house had huge bedrooms and bathrooms and little living space. this house has all living space and the tiniest bathroom and bedrooms! we joke that you could take a sh*#, brush your teeth and shower all at one time :)
people that wear pajamas AND slippers out in public should be put away! the horror!!!

what's wrong with PJs in public? Just kidding!!! I went to grab a newspaper and coffee this morning and Jacob wanted to ride along but he was still in his PJs. Paul said we should make it official and go to WalMart while we were out :-)
Fave room in the house? gosh...don't think I have one but I am very excited about what our living room/dining room will soon turn into!
Ugh on the teen pregnancy. It makes me nuts. Probably way more irritated than it should. Do you think all this infertility crap plays into that? Either way, the whole teen pregnancy epidemic makes me batty.
