| The sheets arrived and they were NOT in tatters. They make me so happy...I got such a good night's sleep on this pillow (well, not this VERY pillow...this is a "good pillow." I slept on my support pillow in the t-shirt pillowcase). |

| And look...my bed is made. I will be making my bed every single day from this point forward. Why let nice bedding like this be in wrinkled bundles on my mattress? I will be making my bed...even if it is at 7:30 at night. |

| Now all we need to do is change the paint color and hang some artwork...then my bedroom will look great. We've only lived here for 6 years...no rush, right??? |
Husband can't believe how happy new bedding has made me. So much that he was totally nervous to tell me about the blood stains he found on two of the pillows after the Crazies had spent some time "getting acquainted*" with our new bedding. They came out though...thank God! Remember how they're not supposed to come in our room??? Well, this is EXACTLY why!

* In our house, "getting acquainted" is likened to throwing your body forcefully upon an object over and over again. Then burying your face into said object and making growling noises. Just thought I'd clarify that.

LOVE THEM! I have about 8 sets of bedding and I'm always on the hunt for more! There is nothing better than fresh sheets on a freshly made bed!!
And just how hard were they getting acquainted to leave blood LOL!?

Just a thought, if your room were a lighter color would the light coming in in the morning not be so noticeable? I'm just trying to get a sista a few more minutes of shut eye!

I have always loved the look of white bedding, but never in this house!
Holy cow, Rebecca, that bedding is GORGEOUS!!! Welcome to the world of anal retentive bed-makers! (Even though my sheets are no where near as glam, and the rest of our house is rarely tidy, I CANNOT leave the house with my bed unmade!)

I was watching a tv show and ooohing and ahhhing over how comfy the bed looked. Jake said its the white bedding. So true, it's always the white bedding. Your bed looks so comfy!
Lemme know how white sheets treat ya...Jake refuses because he says its IMPOSSIBLE to keep them clean, even if he showers every night after work. I hope he's not right :(
They're beautiful! And the white looks great against the dark blue...but I understand needing to paint. Heck, we finally painted our bedroom after 8 years and the living room, etc this year after 10.5 years of being in our house!

And can I use this forum to admit that I don't think I've made my bed one single day (with all the pillows) since the girls were born??? In fairness, we have a king sleigh bed that is beautiful...but such a royal pain to tuck in the sheets and blankets and spread down at the bottom...I don't even know that new bedding would motivate me.
Wow....I'm....just...well...speechless....and a little jealous. They are gorgeous! I'd LOVE to have white bedding.
