Hi! I'm a new follower! I just got done reading about your missed move date. That sucks so bad. I feel for you. We *almost* didn't get the house that we are living in now because the SELLER got cold feet! What? He was elderly and was getting pretty bad advise from his agent. Thank God everything ended up working out at the very.last.second. There is another house out there waiting for you guys (and another buyer!). Lots of luck to you all!
Disclose, disclose, disclose... Have the documentation ready... The insurance companies know about the claim and will charge the buyer more money unless they have the fix documantation...Learn from this.
